Tuscany’s Maremma can offer great white wines too. This wine has the typical mediterranean character of Ansonica (also known as Inzolia) and Vermentino, and the exoticness of Fiano. It’s a medium to full bodied wine, fresh and mineraly, due to the position of the vineyards to the North and the stoney soil in which they grow. This is a wine that can be kept in bottle for years. But why would you?
Bott. produced: 5000 with the harvest 2007
