Guazza - I.G.T. Maremma Toscana Bianco

Grapes: Ansonica 80% - Vermentino 20%

Vines: grapes from a mix of old (30/40 years) and newer vineyards, situated near the coastal area of Maremma Tuscany.

Vinification: entirely in steel vats, with temperature control.

The wine shows great fruit, with characteristics typical of Mediterranean Vermentino and Ansonica, with flashes of peach and wild flowers. This is Maremma in its natural and unspoilt state, free from the influences of wood or international varieties. The wine is fresh and crisp and ready to enjoy now, yet it promises to evolve well in the bottle. All it's missing is a sarong.
